Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Because skincare products are classified as personal care items, these conditions are necessary to ensure product safety and hygiene.
To begin the return process, customers should contact orders@skinarchives.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return request. Providing these details allows our team to review the request quickly and guide you through the next steps.
If the return request is approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item back to our return address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Skinarchives will notify the customer regarding the approval of the refund. If the product meets our return eligibility criteria, a refund will typically be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that the following items may not be eligible for return:
Products that have been opened or used
Items returned without original packaging or seals
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Items returned after the 14-day return period
